PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Riserva Events was an app that had been developed by a client prior to working with me; the app provided an outlet for wedding guests to connect, socialize, and plan for weddings ahead of time. While the app and initial branding had been developed by the client prior to working with me, they needed a marketing website to drive downloads and usage of the app.

PROJECT GOALS:

The goals of this project were clear – to make the branding more fun and engaging to reflect the atmosphere of a wedding, to design wireframes for a UI that builds on the playful branding but is not overwhelming, and to develop a fully rsponsive website based on those wireframes.

PROJECT OUTCOMES:

Working with the client, we achieved all of the goals originally set forth. We updated the color palette and brand assets to be playful, joyful, and calming to invoke the same emotional look and feel of a wedding. We used lots of free-flowing shapes and negative space in the User-Interface (UI) to create a simple, calming, and joyful User-Experience (UX). Lastly, I used these wireframes to build a fully responsive website.
